Information we collect

• Orders: your name, phone number, email, vehicle information (such as the VIN) and delivery address, to process your temporary tag order.
• Facebook and Instagram: when you message our Facebook Page or fill out a form in one of our ads, we receive what you send us, such as your name, phone number and email.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order and meet NJ MVC requirements.
• To answer your requests by message, email, phone or text.
• Our replies may be drafted with the help of an automated assistant.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, TriStateTags may text you about your request, order and delivery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us run our business (payments, messaging, delivery, hosting), with Meta when you contact us through Facebook or Instagram, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as regulations require, and other requests only as long as needed to handle them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We confirm deletions within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13.
